SERVICES
Sitting Fees include travel to a location of choice in the Golden vicinity (within ~5 miles of city limits), and includes up to 60 minutes of shooting unless otherwise indicated below. Post-production services are included (color correction, cropping, etc.), and select images will be uploaded to an online gallery within seven days of the portrait session. Print prices and packages are listed at the bottom of this page.
PEOPLE PORTFOLIO
FAMILY PORTRAIT: $125 Sitting Fee (one 5x7" print included* with print order)
An additional fee of $15/person applies for groups of 10 or more. Sitting Fee is due at time of session. I provide a free 5x7" print for print orders placed within two weeks of gallery upload.
SENIOR PORTRAIT: $175 Sitting Fee (one 8x10" print included* with print order)
Sitting Fee includes travel to location(s) of choice in Golden vicinity (within ~15 miles), and includes up to 90 minutes of shooting time. Sitting fee is due to reserve your session appointment. I provide a free 8x10" print for print orders placed within two weeks of gallery upload, and provide files for HS yearbooks.
CORPORATE/VISUAL ARTS HEADSHOT: $150 Sitting Fee (includes one 5x7" print and CD of low-resolution files)
Sitting Fee includes up to 30 minutes of shooting (single location, either studio or environmental), and is due to reserve your session appointment. I provide a free 5x7 print and a CD containing select images for specifically non-commercial uses (i.e. internal newsletters, social/corporate networking websites, etc.). Discounts available starting at five subjects per session, please inquire via email for further details.
SPORTS PORTFOLIO
YOUTH SPORTS-TEAM/INDIVIDUAL PORTRAITS: Basic Package charged on a $10/athlete basis (dependent on minimum number of athletes, see below)
Basic Package for teams/leagues of 50 or more athletes includes one 4x6" individual and one 5x7" team portrait for each athlete. For teams less than 50 athletes, Sitting Fees may apply depending on size of team. Pre-production lighting fees may be added for indoor venues. Please inquire via email if you require different products delivered to your athletes, I have several packages available.
YOUTH SPORTS-ACTION: $150 Game Coverage Fee (one 5x7" print included with print order)
Youth sports coverage includes local travel to Golden vicinity (~5 miles radius around city limits; travel fees apply for more distant locales). I will come shoot your athlete (Dads and Moms, too!) competing in either outdoor or indoor venues using appropriate pro-caliber photographic equipment. Any sports including (but not limited to), soccer, swimming, football, lacrosse, baseball, etc. Please note that venue limitations or restrictions may limit what can be accomplished, especially for older kids. With enough notice in advance, field access privileges may be secured.
MARKETING/CORPORATE PORTFOLIO
SMALL BUSINESS MARKETING SHOOT: $250 (3 hours shooting, CD of medium-resolution images included)
Full coverage of your local business to provide images for website, promotional and printed uses. Exterior/interior views, services/products will be covered, corporate headshots not included (see rates above). I will upload images to a website for review, and provide a CDR containing medium-resolution images for marketing purposes (non-exclusive, royalty-free licensing; images cannot be sub-licensed, contact me for further info).
STUDIO SHOOT: $75/hr. (for first 4 hours, $50/hr. thereafter up to 8 hours)
Studio coverage of any small to medium 2D and 3D product or artwork. For items larger than my studio will allow, studio rental charges will be spec'd out based upon specific item(s) photographed.
CORPORATE ASSIGNMENTS: $500 Daily Rate (does not include pre-/post-production or expenses, see below)
Marketing, corporate, industrial or government work is spec'd out by assignment based upon the location, requirements, and specific needs of the client, all the details of which will be provided in a formal Cost Estimate. A Creative Fee will include all pre- and post-production services; image Licensing Fees will be tailored to the intended use of the image(s). I provide COI for $1M Business Liability Insurance as necessary; additional charges will apply to be a named insured (will be included in Cost Estimate).
PRINT/PACKAGE PRICING
Standard prices are shown below for commonly-requested products. Please note that all prints provided by special order (i.e. not through Event Sales Web Portal) use the highest quality archival photographic papers and mounting techniques. I have a wide array of printed products available through my custom lab, including float and standout mounts (no framing required), foamcore dry-mounting, press-printed books and albums, canvas wraps, etc. Please inquire via email if there is a specific product you want that you do not see below, as there are far too many options to list them all. All prints and enlargements can be ordered printed on Glossy, Lustre, or Metallic papers, though not all papers can be mounted on all substrates.

FINE PRINTS: As a special service to my clients, all enlargements are also available printed by myself (up to 17x22") using an Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer on the highly-esteemed Epson Exhibition Fine Art Paper, a gallery quality paper-based media used only for the most discerning of photographs. A 50% surcharge is required to provide the additional post-production, and I can further advise you on (or provide) appropriate framing options.
THE OTHER 'FINE PRINT'
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: I can assure you that I hold my prints to the absolute highest standards, and it's my belief as a photographer with over 30 years experience that the print is the ultimate embodiment of a photographer's work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the output from my custom lab, I will gladly replace the print at no cost to you, or refund the cost of the print.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITIES: Although I try my absolute hardest to ensure the integrity of the process from first shutter click to delivery of prints, I cannot preclude the possibility that some unforeseen problem may occur. In case of lost or damaged images, my personal liability will be limited to refunding half the Sitting Fee if from 25 to 50% of the images are lost or damaged due to internal or external forces. If more than 75% of the images are rendered unusable, I will fully refund your Sitting Fee, or conduct another portrait session at my expense. I retain ownership and copyright on all images, and reserve the right to use all images for portfolio, marketing or display purposes.
